We’ll hop on a quick call to connect, review your needs, and walk through package options to ensure we are the perfect match for your big day.
3. Custom Proposal Sent
I’ll send over your personalized proposal with all the details from pricing, coverage, expectations and everything you need to lock it in.
4. Secure The Date
A 50% retainer + signed contract officially books your spot on my calendar. Let the countdown begin!
5. Planning Made Easy
You’ll get timeline tips, a shot list guide, and all the planning support you need to feel calm, confident, and camera-ready.
6. Your Wedding Day
You focus on being present. I’ll focus on capturing every intentional, editorial moment.
7. Sneak Peeks Within 48 Hours
Enjoy a curated preview gallery within 2 days to relive the magic right away.
8. Full Gallery Delivery + USB
Your full collection will be delivered via an online gallery (and USB if selected) within 2–4 weeks.
9. Album & Print Upgrades Available
You’ll have access to luxury albums, wall art, and print options directly from your gallery.

What’s your photography style?
At DevinCaptures, we specialize in an editorial, luxury-inspired approach, think magazine-quality images that are refined, emotional, and timeless. Every image is thoughtfully composed to feel cinematic and elevated, while still capturing real connection.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and high-end events, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance to secure your ideal date. For proposals or engagements, 1–3 months is usually perfect. For corporate events as soon as dates are confirmed
How do I book you?
Simply fill out the contact form and we’ll schedule a quick consultation. From there, we’ll craft a tailored package that meets your needs. Then we will finalize all the details, and secure your date with a signed contract and deposit.
We also offer the option to book directly online for smaller events/shoots! Everything to make your life more convenient 🙂
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, for weddings and corporate events we charge a 30% non-refundable retainer to officially lock in your date.
For Engagement shoots, Parties, family shoots we require a $100 deposit to confirm your date
The final balance is due on the day of your event.
Are you insured?
Yes, we’re fully insured. If your venue requires documentation, we’ll provide that as part of your planning process.
When will we receive our photos?
Weddings: 2–4 weeks – We take time to hand-edit every image with care and artistry to ensure your gallery tells a refined, cinematic story.
- Corporate Events: Need images same-day for press or social? We’ve got you. Corporate deliverables are optimized for fast turnaround without compromising polish. We can work within your timeline
Engagements/Proposals/General shoots: 5–7 days
Sneak peeks: Delivered within 48 hours to keep the excitement alive
